Abstract:
Single factor experiment was used to test the effect factors of ISSR-PCR reaction system.After the optimization,a suitable ISSR-PCR reaction system of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.was established as follows:10 × buffer 2.5 μL,2.0 mmol·L-1 MgCl2,200 μmol·L-1 dNTPs,1.5 U Taq polymerase,0.4 μmol·L-1 primers,10 ng DNA template,which were contained in 25 μL reaction solution.The optimized amplification program was that predenaturing at 94 ℃ for 4 min,denaturing at 94 ℃ for 40 s,annealing at 52 ℃—60 ℃ for 45 s,extension at 72 ℃ for 120 s,for 35 cycles,extension at 72 ℃ for 8 min at last.The products were stored at 4 ℃.The optimized ISSR-PCR experiment system was applied in the amplification of 12 varieties of germplasm materials of Ligustrum lucidum Ait and the results indicated that the rich and stable bands can be amplified.

Abstract:
According to the homologous sequences from Atriplex gmelini,Populus euphratica,Tetragonia tetragonioides,Kalidium foliatum,Populus tomentosa and Salicornia europ,PCR primers were designed and RT-PCR and RACE were used to amplify NHX1 DNA fragment from the leaves of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza.The results indicated that the BgNHX1 contains 2 130 bp,including an open reading frame of 1 626 bp,which encodes a predicted polypeptide of 541 amino acids,and there are 12 predicted transmembrane domains.Base on the data that the sequence showed high homologies(> 80%) with Na + /H + antiporter genes from Ricinus communis Populus euphratica,Citrus,paradisi,vitis vinifera,it was very possible that BgNHX1 was competent for Na + compartmentation in cells.

To elucidate the molecular mechanism of cold damage to banana,suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) library was successfully constructed under low temperature stress and the natural growth conditions.The library was analyzed by the blue & white spot screening,cloning,sequencing and semi-qPCR for No.28,and the results indicated that there may be some unknown gene involving the anti-cold of banana except No.28,and it is very possible to obtain more specific express gene under low temperature stress.

Abstract:
According to TMEM130 gene sequence(NM-152913) information,human brain cDNA library was used as the template and the specific primers were designed.The nPCR amplification product was separated by agarose gel and the band was cloned into PMD18T-vector and sequenced.The analysis results showed that the sequence is the transcript variant 2 of TMEM130,as a transmembrane protein,which contains an open reading frame of 1272 nucleotides and encodes a protein with 423 amino acids and contains a polycystic kidney disease(PKD)-related domain between 100 and 250 amino acid.

Abstract:
To analysis the damages of the cooking oil fumes on the lung tissue and liver tissue,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum,liver tissue and lung tissue were determined.The results indicated that SOD activities in lung and liver tissue of the exposure mice,in which the cooking oil fumes are inhaled [(43.44 ± 10.46) mg·m-3,40 min per day,10 day;20 day,30 day],are lower than that of control significantly,in which the fresh air are inhaled,while MDA concentration are higher than that of control significantly;SOD activities in serum of the exposure mice are lower than that of control significantly,while MDA concentration are higher than that of control significantly;the body weights of exposure mice are lower than that of control significantly.

Abstract:
The effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the antifungal activity against six different plant Fusarium oxysporum were investigated.The results indicated that the chitosan have antifungal activities within certain concentration range,and the distortion of morphology of plant Fusarium oxysporum treated with chitosan is found.With the increasing of chitosan concentration,the inhibitory activity of it increased,and at 0.4%,the antifungal activity was strongest,while the antifungal activities decreased with the chitosan concentration increased continuously,which might be due to the reduction of the chitosan effective concentration through aggregation by hydrogen bond.

The species and hazards of the sweet corn fruit borers in main planting areas in Hainan province,such as Qionghai,Ledong,Sanya and so on,were investigated.The results indicated that there are 4 specie insect on corn ear,Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenée),Mythimna seperata(Walker),Helicoverpa armigera(Húbner) and Proceras venosatus(Walker),which belong to Noctuidae and Pyralidae in Lepidoptera.,and O.furnacalis is the most destructive insect pest in sweet corn,and 72.20% of sweet corn ear can be infected in field.

Abstract:
A new recorded disease of banana in China was found when the species and damages of banana leaf spot disease in Hainan were investigated.Based on the results of tissue isolating,Koch’s postulates,morphology identification,rDNA-ITS sequence cloning and Pyricularia rDNA-ITS sequences phylogenetic tree analysis,the disease was nominated banana leaf spot disease,whose pathogen was identified as Pyricularia angulata Hashioka.

Abstract:
Young leaves of mango potted young trees were used as materials to analysis the damages and protection response under the enhanced UV-B radiation.The results showed that the content of MDA and the relative conductivity increase,while the content of chlorophyll and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b decrease after UV-B treatment,and the enhanced UV-B radiation cause the damages of leaves,which would be worse with longer treatment period.The contents of soluble protein,activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT),protective pigments(flavonodis,carotenoids) and reducd GSH of leaves treated with UV-B were higher than that of control group significantly,while the content of Vc and activities of POD were lower than that of control group significantly.These data indicated that enhanced UV-B radiation can induce the leaves to absorb part of the enhanced UV-B radiation and elevate its resistance against enhanced UV-B radiation in cells through intensifying the oxidant scavenging activities and accumulating protective pigments.

The objective of our study was to forecast the banana production in the world and some countries and regions and provide basal data for the decision-making of banana production.The forecasting during 2011 to 2035 was given in detail.The banana production in different countries and regions were compared and the status and characteristics of banana production in China were discussed.Some suggestions on the strategies and measures for banana production in China were proposed.

The immature seeds of tree orchid(Epidendrum schbomburgkii) were used as materials,and the media formulas which were suitable for the induction,proliferation,germination of the protocorn and root growth were screened.The results revealed that after the seeds of tree orchid was sown on the media MS + BA0.5 mg· L-1 + NAA0.25 mg·L-1 + sugar 25 g·L-1,after 7—10 days,there are some green spots,after 25 days,the protocorn could been seen growing on it;the media 1 /2MS + 6-BA1.5 mg·L-1 + NAA0.25 mg·L-1 + sugar20 g·L-1 + CH2.0 g·L-1 is most suitable for the proliferation of protocorn,with the best effectiveness and the proliferating coefficient over 9 times;that the germination rate attain over 90% by implanting the protocorn in the media 1 /2MS + NAA0.1 mg·L-1 + 6-BA0.2 mg·L-1 + sugar 25 g·L-1;the rooting percentage of 94% could also be obtained by implanting the germinated buds in the media 1 /2MS + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 + BA 0.1 mg·L-1 + banana 70 g·L-1 + sugar 25 g·L-1 for rooting;during the period of transplantation,the moss is a satisfied medium for transplanting by which the survival rate can reach as high as 92.5%,and the plantlets vigorously grow.

The pathogenic Vibrio harveyi was intraperitoneal injected to Epinephelus bleekeri,and after 18h,the crude extract was prepared from the head-kidney of E.bleekeri,and the analysis results of the antibacterial activities of the crude head-kidney extract indicated that the crude head-kidney extract have good antibacterial effects on both G + bacteria and G- bacteria.Radial Diffusion Assay(RDA) in Agarose Gels and Acid-urea Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(AU-PAGE) methods were used to detect and screen the antibacterial materials,and the data showed that the crude head-kidney extracts contain at least 5 kinds of antibacterial materials with good antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli D31,and all the antibacterial materials were obtained after DNA gel extraction from AU-PAGE gel,whose molecular mass were approximately 10.9 KD,10.0 KD,8.1 KD,7.2 KD and 6.3 KD,respectively.Because the antibacterial materials could be destroyed and their molecular mass was close to or lower than 10 KD,they were preliminarily considered as antibacterial peptides.

The general practice on division of the postembryonic development period of osteichthyes was used as reference,based on the morphology characteristic,the postembryonic development period of Plectropomus leopardus was divided into larval stage(including yolk-sac larva and late-stage larva),juvenile stage and young fish stage,and the morphology of the fish during its various development period was described in detail.The type of build of P.leopardus was slender,and the color of the all juvenile fish body was red.There were the neat blue color or the black spots on the body.In the early developmental stage,the average length of the ventral fin thorn and the second dorsal fin thorn attained 13.12 mm and 10.19 mm respectively,but the growth speed of the anal fin was so slow that its anal fin thorn start growing up when the ventral fin thorn and the second dorsal fin thorn of the fish degenerate.

As biomass and reproduction resources for sustainable development,cellulose has been paid more and more attentions.Because of its high polymerization and crystallites degree,cellulose is difficult to dissolve in common solvents.The development of new solvent,especially new ionic liquid solvent,provided some new ways to solve the problem in recent years.In this paper,different solvent systems of cellulose were introduced,and the research existing condition,dissolve mechanism,application perspectives as new dissolvent for environmental protection were compared,whose purpose was to provide references for modification and decoration of cellulose and development of more cellulose materials with new functions.

As a kind heat shock protein with about 15 KD-30KD molecular weight,Small Heat Shock Proteins(sHSPs) in plant plays an important role in heat-resistance.In the paper,the sequence phylogenetic relationships of various sHSPs in the four common nightshade plant,which was tomato,tobacco,pepper,potato and model plant Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed in detail,and gene expression and regulatory mechanisms of it under different stress conditions were reviewed.
