  • The method of improved CTAB,SDS and QIAGEN RNeasy Plant Mini kit were used to isolate total RNA from juvenile and senescence banana roots respectively,and the quality,quantity and purity of total RNA were compared. The results showed that the quality,quantity and purity of total RNA isolated by improved SDS were superior to that by other methods.

Abstract: The method of improved CTAB,SDS and QIAGEN RNeasy Plant Mini kit were used to isolate total RNA from juvenile and senescence banana roots respectively,and the quality,quantity and purity of total RNA were compared.
