  • AtNUDT8 was cloned by PCR from Arabidopsis thaliana and inserted into pCHF3 to form a recombined expressing vector,pCHFN8. Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediating method was used to transform this vector into wide type A. thaliana. And a batch of transgenic A. thaliana over-expressing AtNUDT8 was obtained through kanamycin screening and confirmed by Northern blot.

Abstract: AtNUDT8 was cloned by PCR from Arabidopsis thaliana and inserted into pCHF3 to form a recombined expressing vector,pCHFN8.
