  • In this report, the effects of different adjustment shading rates on Oncidium cut flower quality were compared. The results showed that it is under the circumstance of 75% shading rate which is good for the growth and development of Oncidium seedlings; when Oncidium buds grow up to 10-20 cm, 60% shading rate is necessary, which can greatly up-righten and lessen lodging heads of the flowers, shorten Oncidium cut flower panel length, reduce under branch height and improve cut flower quality, but has no significant effect on the numbers of branch.
