  • In order to identify the proteins in Hevea that interacted specifically with JAZ,the recombinant plasmid that expressed fusion protein of Hevea JAZ（HbJAZ1） and GST（Glutathione S-transferase） was constructed and transformed into Escherichia coli（E.coli） for prokaryotic expression and further purification.The results indicated that HbJAZ1-GST fusion protein was successfully expressed and purified,and the fusion proteins exist in pellet of bacterial lysis suspension.
